A remake of Le bureau des légendes (2015)

I have to say that I was lucky enough to watch The Bureau a few years ago and, honestly, it’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Nothing up until this point has even come close to this. There’s a connection between the two series, it’s obviously mentioned that it’s «influenced» by it, but I wasn’t expecting a story like this.

You won’t regret it

Don’t get me wrong, the series so far is amazing, great cast, good cinematography, but it wasn’t anything we haven’t already seen in the French version. It’s too early to tell what it’s going to be like, but I recommend anyone who hasn’t seen The Office to watch it. After Fassbender played a professional assassin in David Fincher’s The Hitman and I saw that he was part of the cast, I knew immediately that he was a great choice for the role.

It’s not something you watch while riding an indoor bike

These types of series actually require a certain amount of concentration while watching them, to be able to keep up with all the characters in the story and the little details about them. Some might even consider them slow, maybe even boring, but it’s these characteristics and the complex personal struggles that the characters have, plus the slow build-up of tension, that make them great in my opinion. These types of series that you either love or absolutely hate, there’s no middle ground.
