Story
After the events of The Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin, stages a show to take over the criminal underworld in Gotham. Aside from a bat signal in the final shot of the season finale, we never got ours. In this short video, IMDb attempts to answer: Where the hell was Batman?. Colin Farrell fought hard to get his version of The Penguin to smoke a cigarette in The Batman (2022), but it didn’t work out.

Colin Farrell has done for the Penguin what Heath Ledger did for the Joker
GAMECHANGER ! MASTERPIECE! ICONIC !! I wouldn’t have believed it in this role, but Colin Farrell has just turned the performance of his career around with an incredible interpretation of the Penguin.
This will go down in history in the same way that Heath Ledger’s Joker transformed that character
If he doesn’t clean up for Best Actor at the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, and elsewhere, the producers and script won’t appreciate it. The writers and the incredible makeup team helped Colin Turin with this incredible performance that will be the hallmark of his career and the benchmark role of the Penguin for the next 3 generations.
