Story
After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to the shy town of Miles County, where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. Scenes filmed in the haunted house "Terrifier" they were recorded in a real haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Art’s favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he has in a clear glass bottle. It is a super acid that can dissolve even glass.
Art the Clown:
There’s a scene in the middle of checking out at a mental hospital with Chris Jericho as security guard Alan Burke and Leah Voysey as a nurse. Tiberius Film’s German DVD and Blu-ray releases have been trimmed by approximately three minutes to ensure the "No Under 18" (This was necessary because the guidelines for video releases are stricter than for theatrical releases). Basically, all the violent scenes were cut to tone down the violence. Nameless Media’s 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Mediabook releases are completely uncut and have received mild SPIO/JK approval.

Complete bloodshed, it’s unbelievable
Some of the most brutal death scenes I’ve ever seen in a horror movie…there were parts where I literally said «Jesus Christ» out loud in the theater. They don’t turn the camera, everything is visible. Now, the plot is pretty weak and makes no sense and it’s a bit long for a slasher, but for me that doesn’t detract from the real spectacle of the film, which is the gore and practical effects. If you are looking for a good plot and lot, you will be very disappointed.
